Clued In is a team of professionals working out of U.S.A. and India. Our Operations team of over 15 researchers in India is led by Dinesh M.S. and Sunil Unikkat. Together our team delivers high-quality information and insights consistently on time and on budget. Sunil Unikkat is the Founder and Delivery Lead at Clued In and he currently works out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S.A., and Dinesh M.S. is the General Manager- Operations and is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Sunil is an energetic “can do” individual who believes integrity always comes first. He has over 15 years of experience providing actionable industry and market intelligence for important business decisions made in the U.S.A. Over the years he has successfully supporting multiple projects, cross-functional teams and clients both in emerging and developed markets.
Sunil has a BSc. in Mathematics from the University of Madras (India), an MBA in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University (India), and a Master’s in Advertising from Michigan State University (U.S.A.) He has also passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program from the CFA Institute (U.S.A.)
Dinesh M Shanmugasundaram
General Manager- Operations
Dinesh is the ultimate “yes” man who is ready for any challenge. He has many years of experience leading teams of motivated researchers in a variety of projects establishing, collecting, validating and delivering large quantities of valuable business data. Dinesh started his career working in the apparel export industry in India before moving to U.K. to get his MBA. He also worked with Tesco PLC in London before moving back to India.
Dinesh has a B.Com (E.commerce) from PSG CAS (India), an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria (U.K)
